I have found that photographing flowers can be a very nice way to relax. They don't ever say it is not a good time nor ever complain that it is not their "good side."
Calla Lily, July 2, 2022
The Calla Lilies in my front yard garden simply exploded this year. Although the color version was nice, I thought it was much more majestic and bold in black and white.
Garden Rose Bouquet, May 28, 2021

Garden lilly, July 3, 2020
Up close and personal.
Tulip and azaleas, April 11, 2020
I liked how the afternoon sunlight was coming through the tulip while leaving the azaleas in the shade.
Backyard Ferns, May 26, 2019
One year ferns just started to grow around our back deck. Now we have two or three different varieties growing. Fond memories of the fern bed that my grandmother had in her garden.
Edible landscape, August 30, 2009
