I was taking some photos of these pink blooms in the backyard one spring morning and noticed something really interesting - an alternative view through the magical lens of a water drop. 

The macro capability on these little compact cameras is incredible, and forgiving my purist ways, certainly not something I would feel worth attempting on film (yes, there is a beauty to shooting it over, and over, and over, and over again without cost other than time).  See what you think of the results.
